By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below, the Snowboard the World Conditions of Use, the Snowboard the World Privacy Policy, and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on the Snowboard the World.

If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them, or become dissatisfied with your membership of the Snowboard the World in any way, your only remedy is to immediately:
(a) discontinue your use of the Snowboard the World; and
(b) terminate your membership by notifying Snowboard the World in writing - please use our feedback form.

Membership Information

When registering as a member of the Snowboard the World, you must provide Snowboard the World with accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. It is your responsibility to inform Snowboard the World of any changes to that information. You may do this at any time by clicking on the 'Update your details' section on each of the sites within the Snowboard the World.

All personal information you provide Snowboard the World as a member will be treated in accordance with the Snowboard the World Privacy Policy.

Username and Password

Once you become a member of the Snowboard the World, you will receive a username and a password. You must ensure that these remain confidential at all times since you are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password, including unauthorised use of your or any other credit card. You must notify Snowboard the World immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username and password.

Each username and password must be used by a single user and is not transferable.

Termination and alterations by Snowboard the World

Snowboard the World may at its discretion terminate your membership of, or access to, the Snowboard the World at any time. If this happens we will notify you.

In such event:

• you are no longer authorised to access the Snowboard the World;
• you will continue to be subject to and bound by all restrictions imposed on you by these terms & conditions; and
• all licenses granted by you and all disclaimers by Snowboard the World and limitations of Snowboard the World's liability set out in these terms and conditions or elsewhere on the Snowboard the World will survive.

Updating the Snowboard the World

Snowboard the World may change or discontinue any feature of the Snowboard the World including content, hours of availability and equipment required for access.

Snowboard the World may change and update these terms and conditions, the Snowboard the World Conditions of Use or the Snowboard the World Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions of these documents will be posted on the Snowboard the World. You are responsible for ensuring that you regularly review these documents. Your continued use of the Snowboard the World after any such changes are made will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes.
