Natural Born Riders (NBR) Tour 2006

The Natural Born Riders Tour presented by Bop-It Extreme returns in 2006 with more of the same freestyle mayhem! The NBR Tour was designed to encourage competition in the UK scene as well as giving newcomers the chance to get involved. Remember this event is free to enter once slope fees have been paid and all entries receive an NBR goodie bag with sponsors swag!

This year the NBR Tour is supported by leading industry brands including Oakley, Armada, Vans, Pro-Tec, Vestal Watches and Relentless not forgetting title sponsor Bop It Extreme! All these guys will be bringing crew down to come and check out the action whilst all the time keeping an eye out for new talent hidden in the UK scene.

Also supporting the event are media partners Snowboard UK, Dark Summer, SCUK, Natives and the Extreme Sports Channel.

This year the tour will consist of 3 legs at the following times and locations:

NBR Tour Leg 1 – Castleford SNO!zone – 17/11/06

NBR Tour Leg 2 – Sheffield Ski Village – 18/11/06

NBR Tour Leg 3 and Final – Milton Keynes SNO!zone – 24/11/06

As per previous years the top three finalists will qualify for the grand final at MK. (MK will also host a qualifier) The jam format from previous years will also remain with the top 8 qualifiers competing in a 2 run slope style final to  make the Grand final.

Event prizes will come courtesy our lovely event sponsors and will be more than enough to push the competitors to their max!

Oakley will once again provide prizes for a best trick for ski and board at each of the tour legs, whether it be over a kicker or a rail.
